I operate at the intersection of finance, commercial and technology. With a background in structural engineering, I bring an engineering mindset (systems thinking, first-principles problem solving, and analytical rigor) to business and my advisory services.
Most of my career has been in finance working with clients on M&A transactions, where I developed a strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of how businesses mechanically create value.
